  ASAKUSA

  Approximately 5 minutes walk from ENT TERRACE ASAKUSA

  Senso-ji is the oldest temple in Tokyo.
  Known throughout Japan, it is the temple of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva (Sho Kanzeon Bosatsu), who embodies the mercy of all Buddhas.
  At the entrance to Sensoji Temple is the towering red "Kaminari-mon" Gate (Furaijin-mon Gate). When you pass through the gate, you will find the bustling "Nakamise Shopping Street" reminiscent of downtown Tokyo.
  The emotional atmosphere of the town is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Japan. This important center of religious faith draws 30 million worshippers every year.

  Approximately 5 minutes from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line by train

  Ueno has many points of interest where you can enjoy culture, art, etc.
  Ueno Park (Ueno Koen), the oldest city park in Japan, has art galleries, multiple museums, Shinobazuno Pond, a temple with a five-story pagoda and Ueno Zoo. Ameya Yokocho (short form: Ameyoko), a colorful market street where lively stores continue along the railroad tracks in Ueno.
