In January 2024, we acquired land in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture.
The planned site is located about 3 minutes by car from Izumo Taisha Shrine and has a site area of 323.93㎡.This is Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-Ku, Tokyo)’s second guesthouse development outside of Tokyo, following the one in Ise City, Mie Prefecture.
It is planned to have 2 to 3 bedrooms same as the guest house facility in Ise City, Mie Prefecture.
We can accommodate from one night to long-term stays.
The construction starts date and opening schedule for the guesthouse have not yet been determined.
