In January 2024, we will acquire land in Iwabuchi 2-chome, Ise City, Mie Prefecture, and begin work on the opening of “ENT TERRACE JINGU NO MORI”.
This will be Reed Real Estate Corporation’s first guesthouse development outside of Tokyo, with building completion and opening scheduled for May 2025.The planned site is a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Uji Yamada station and is located not far from Ise Jingu Shrine.The site area is 193.19 m2 and the building area is 385.99 m2, with four floors above ground and a total of four rooms.
The guest rooms range in size from 60 to 80 square meters, with two to three bedrooms, and all rooms have kitchens.
We plan to incorporate natural materials and artwork with a “Japanese” taste. Ryuka Corporation (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) and Seiho Corporation (Ise-shi, Mie Prefecture) will be responsible for the design and architecture, respectively.

We can accommodate families, couples, and friends for a variety of occasions, from one-night stays to long-term stays, and provide hospitality that is close to the needs of our guests.
