The architectural design was handled by MAE Architect Inc. (Chofu, Tokyo), and construction was carried out by Saiko Kensetsu Co., Ltd. (Adachi, Tokyo).
The property features four exclusive guest rooms, with one suite per floor. Each room is a spacious suite ranging from approximately 60 to 80 square meters, significantly larger than typical hotel rooms in Tokyo, offering a distinctive competitive advantage.
The hotel is scheduled to open at the end of June, and operations will be managed by LRE Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd.
