On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Shibuya, Tokyo) held a safety prayer ceremony to mark the commencement of construction for the ENT TERRACE MEGURO TAKABAN PREMIUM hotel project in Takaban, Meguro-ku, Tokyo.

The project site is conveniently located at just a 3-minute walk from Gakugei-Daigaku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and will be a five-story building with a total floor area of 414.00m2.
