On Monday, February 10, 2025, Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Shibuya, Tokyo) held a safety prayer ceremony at Ise Jingu Shrine to mark the commencement of construction for the ENT TERRACE JINGU NO MORI hotel project in Ise City, Mie Prefecture.

The project site is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Ujiyamada Station and near Ise Jingu Shrine.
The site area is 193.19 m2, and the building area is 385.99 m2, with 4 stories above ground, housing 4 units.
Guest rooms range from approximately 60 to 80 m2,, featuring two- to three- bedroom suites, all equipped with kitchens.

The design incorporates a Japanese “Wa” (Harmony) aesthetic, featuring natural materials and art pieces. The architectural design is entrusted to RYUGE Corporation (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), while construction will be carried out by Meisei Construction (Nabari City, Mie Prefecture).

The hotel is designed to accommodate various stays, from one-night stays to long-term visits, making it ideal for families, couples, and friends. Guests can expect a personalized hospitality experience throughout their stay.
