Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) acquired land in November 2024 in Botan 1-chome, Koto-ku, Tokyo, and has begun preparations for the development of “ENT TERRACE MONZEN-NAKACHO” (tentative name). 
MONZEN-NAKACHO is an area that blends the nostalgic charm of Edo with a modern atmosphere, making it popular among those wishing to visit shrines and temples.
The completion and opening dates are currently undecided.

The planned site is a 4-minute walk from Monzen-Nakacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.
The site area is 138.84㎡, with a 10-story building planned, featuring one room per floor for a total of 9 rooms. Each room is spacious 60㎡, offering guests an original and memorable travel experience at ENT TERRACE.
