In August 2024, Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) acquired land in Shinjuku 1-chome, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, and began the development of “ENT TERRACE SHINJYUKU GYOEN PREMIUM” (tentative name). 

The property, adjacent to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, provides a prime spot for enjoying the city’s seasonal natural beauty.
The completion and opening dates are still pending. The planned site is a 2-minute walk from the “Shinjuku-gyoemmae” station.

The site area is 76.85 ㎡, with plans for an 11-story building featuring 10 spacious rooms, one per floor.
Each room will exceed 40 ㎡, providing a luxurious and comfortable travel experience unique to the ENT TERRACE series.

The design and planning will be handled by NAOI architecture & design office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), which received the 2020 Good Design Award.
The property will offer a modern, sophisticated, and comfortable space.
