Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-Ku, Tokyo) will acquire a land in Higashi-Ueno 4-chome, Taito-Ku, Tokyo on June 28, 2024, and will begin its preparation to open ENT TERRACE UENO (tentative name). This will be the third in Taito Ward, Tokyo, following Asakusa and Asakusa-Bashi.　
The completion date of the building and opening date have yet to be decided.

The planned site is a 5-minute walk from JR and subway ”Ueno” Station. The site area is 100.18 m2. The building will have 10 floors above ground, and there will be 9 rooms in total, one on each floor. All rooms will be approximately 45 m2 in size, so you can enjoy the charm befitting the ENT TERRACE series.

Following on from “Ise” and “Izumo”, the planning and design will be handled by RYUKA Co. Ltd. (Setagaya-Ku, Tokyo), and the hotel will provide a comfortable space filled with an abundance of “Japanese culture”.
